Using Joe Hayden to show us around Venice and Senior communities turned out to be a blessing. Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the Venice area. He showed us several homes that we requested and then added more that he knew would be of interest. When Joe took us into a builders sales office everyone greeted him like it was his home office. His knowledge of the new construction process was amazing. A great job by a knowledgeable and very friendly man.
