Welcome and Thank You for Visiting My New Website.  It is still evolving, a work in progress but from my nearly 35 years as a Realtor® I find this  the most extraordinary powerful platform for Searching for property  combined with the best MLS I’ve ever been associated with.  The  STELLAR Multiple Listing Services provides access to not only the market in Venice and  surrounding area, but offers access to  property listings in 21 Southwest and Central Florida Counties. That’s 42 Individual Boards of Realtors in a more detailed and user friendly format than other websites, no pop-ups – no ads.

I’m in the process of adding search tips here  on how to select  the criteria for the widest ranging results down to the most exacting and specific criteria for a special  style or location.  In each of the Market Tabs you’ll find  Dropdown Menus   to select from  some special  categories of  property.

TIP #1    If you own a home or are looking properties in one specific community,  say IslandWalk at the  West Villages,  you can add to Active Listings, Pending and Recent Sold properties. Your search alerts will provide notice of when an Active Listing goes Pending and if Pending Listing  comes back on the market, more importantly when it closes and the Sold Price.
