Trying to find your perfect retirement home is not an easy proposition. Trying to find your perfect realtor to help you find your perfect retirement home can be just as tough or tougher. Where do you look, who do you ask? We were heading to Florida and needed both; the perfect town, development and home and the perfect realtor to help us. He picked us up a few days later at our hotel and proceeded to give us the most detailed tour of Venice, Florida imaginable. It was really an amazing 3 days. We had found the perfect realtor. Even more important, a professional who could understand and interpret what we were telling him that we were looking for. My husband I have have been coming to Venice for many years as our in-laws live there. We decided Venice was the place we wanted to build or purchase our future retirement home.
