After first contacting Joe in 2012 and three separate trips to Venice, I'm surprised we are still such good friends. First visit in October 2012, we fell in love with Venice and saw every community in the area with him. Returned in February and he agreed to see us again. We looked at re-sales and made an offer on a home but the deal fell apart and went back home to enjoy the rest of the Boston winter. Another visit in April, we negotiated a great deal on an older re-sale in Plantation Golf and Country Club that needed a lot of work including a new tile roof. He had the best contractors to work with and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the home, Venice and what Joe did for us.

I contacted Joe Hayden through the 55 places site to look for a new home in the Venice, Florida area. Joe met me on time and spent a full day showing me around the Venice area until I found the home of my dreams in Englewood at Boca Royale. He was the most thorough and knowledgeible real estate person I have ever dealt with. He even gave me hints in negotiating to buy the house. He followed up after we signed the contract and was with us on the final walk through before closing on the house. He even gave us a thorough list of services in our new homes neighborhood. I will highly recommend him to any home buyer we here about.

We first met Joe Hayden in 2014.Bernadette and I were looking for a house in Florida to purchase .We spent all day looking and could not make a decision at that time .We didn't stop for lunch that day ,and I remember Joe's feet were really bothering him ,but he never stopped. We sent Joe a gift card, to buy him lunch, as we really appreciated his help and perseverance .We looked on the west coast in 2015 ,and couldn't find anything. We went back to the east coast in 2016 ,and fell in love with the Venice area .We hooked back up with Joe ,and purchased a home at Sarasoto National ,a new community .With Joe's guidance ,and extraordinary help we were able to complete this from New Jersey. Joe has given us an enormous amount of information , and contacts. All of these contacts have been exceptional .Joe has made this journey ,easy and effortless, and continues to help us until we get settled .Bernadette and I consider Joe a master at his profession. He is an exceptional individual , and he is highly regarded by all who know him. Bernadette and I would like to thank Joe again for his continued support.

Joe is amazing. We were looking to relocate from NC to FL for a "second retirement." We found him on the internet, contacted him, and he responded immediately. He zeroed in on our needs, and when we were ready to look, he advised us where to stay and met us there. He felt like a friend the minute we met, and he treated us that way through the whole process of finding where we wanted to live and building a home. He did not"drop us once his sale was made. He continues to respond as a friend when we occasionally use him as a resource for local information. Joe is definitely a "Premier Agent." We'd use him again and definitely recommend him to others.

Joe was amazing when we were looking at new homes in Sarasota National. It wasn’t a difficult decision once we saw our new home! The work he invested in helping us sell our prior place was amazing, and we are grateful for his help during this transition.
